Appian Analyst Certification is a MUST Business Process Re-engineering: As-Is & To-Be processes, Gap Analysis, Business Analysis, Improvements, Process Designs in Data Flow Diagram (DFD), ARIS, VISIO, Controls, Policies & Procedure, BPMS, BPR & Lean Six Sigma Strong project management & agile methodologies Operational Risk Management Internal Controls, Process audits and ISO QMS, ISMS & BCMS Extensive experience in Appian BPM or related with sound knowledge on process, process models, case management, workflows etc. Knowledge in CMM Level process. Flexible enough to adapt new environments. Sound knowledge in analysis of functional issues Should have good communication skills. Possesses good knowledge of best practices suggested by Appian in designing the solution. Experience in developing role-based systems by providing access to proper group types. Experience in creating Connected System, Integration, and web APIs. Experience with Appian 22.X and above Experience with multiple integrations with external systems Ability to monitor processes and debug issues in SAIL interfaces.
