I have following requirement, please reply me back with profile along with rate expectation QA Automation Engineer Hybrid Greenville, SC Long term contract No h1b/cpt Phone/Skype What will this person do on a day-to-day basis We are looking for a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer with Agile experience to join our Services & Solutions team. In this role, the ideal candidate will collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, end users and respective scrum teams to develop thorough test procedures based on business and technical user stories for our Cloud based software solutions. In addition to the must have skills below, cloud-based experience (Azure, AWS) is necessary to the success the position. What are the top 5 must have technical skills for the position Quality assurance experience with automation software tools (web application and mobile application) Scripting skills (python, bash, Perl, JavaScript, etc.) API testing (backend database testing) Performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, and Selenium or SahiPro etc.) Orchestration (CICD tools) tool (circle ci, bamboo, Jenkins, etc.) Other skill sets (pluses): Agile/Scrum/Kanban project development methodologies Ability to analyze business processes within the company infrastructure by asking relevant questions and absorbing answers Must work well in coordinating across multiple platforms / entities and facilitate effective and efficient meetings Must be self-managing, proactive, work independently, and drive continuous improvement, and be a TEAM player! Ability to provide leadership through influence, inspiration, collaboration, and teamwork Duties will include, but are not limited to the following: translating business requirements/user stories/acceptance criteria into test scenarios management and reporting of defect backlog design and development of automated test scripts regression testing load/performance testing business continuity testing and providing testing deliverables/milestones. Key Responsibilities also will include: Work closely with Systems Analyst, Scrum Team Members, and any Development Partners to understand current release scope and prepare test plans accordingly. Prepare, and Report release test cycle deliverables and milestones including required effort and sizing, defect reporting/analysis, and test performance metrics. Responsible for ensuring test plans are updated to accommodate development updates. Report on Smoke Testing and Defect analysis during Production Release Events. Work with the QA Manager in enhancing and maintaining the test automation framework and the Automated Testing Suites for all systems supported by Services & Solutions Team. Become Subject Matter Expert for all systems supported by Services & Solutions Team. Participate in Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Scrum Meetings and other Agile activities. Lead/Coordinate triage events for critical/high blocking defects through resolution. Ability to collaborate and communicate with ALL members of Agile Teams.
