Job Description: 1. Experience in planning, executing, and tracking large program 2. Stakeholder management 3. Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods 4. Excellent communication skills OTHER SKILLS ( GOOD TO HAVE): 1. Experience in Payment Systems and Retail domain. 2. Knowledge about payment processes like Authorization and Settlement/Reconciliation of Credit/Debit Cards, GiftCard etc. 3. Experience of legacy modernization projects 4. Agile methodology RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects. 2. Decide on suitable strategies and objectives. 3. Coordinate cross-project activities with JCP internal teams as well as external vendors. 4. Lead and evaluate project managers/Scrum Master and other staff. 5. Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities. 6. Apply change, risk and resource management. 7. Prepare status Report for Leadership and stakeholder. 8. Managing budgets and timelines on projects. 9. Conflict Resolution and Risk Mitigation.
