Job Position :- CPQ Scrum Master Location :- (Remote OK) Duration :- LONG TERM Job Description:- Must have Scrum management experience. Must have Agile experience. Planning / project management experience Stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication experience. Microsoft DevOps experience. The CPQ Scrum Master leads the NetApp Configurator scrum team to build and deliver a wide variety of capabilities and product to support NetApp s Commerce systems. Job Requirements Oracle CPQ experience will be a bonus Excellent oral and written communication skills; including presentation skills.- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to meet aggressive goals and pre-defined measurement criteria Run the CPQ scrum team. Lead all scrum processes and ceremonies, remove impediments, drive toward meeting sprint deliverables, hold team members accountable, and reinforce priorities Work closely with the Product Owner(s) to clearly understand NetApp s product priorities and set expectations around what will be accomplished in upcoming sprints. Help the PO(s) keep the backlog updated and organized The Scrum Master is a supervisory role and requires manager-like skills: promote teamwork, facilitate conflicts, be aware of team members talents and elevate them, clarify team members goals and help to achieve them, shield the team from outside distractions and interference Maintain open channels of communication with key team members and across other functions to identify potential issues, synergies, and opportunities Work within the CPQ team and actively counsel other team members. Provide constructive feedback, identify areas of improvement, enforce standards and best practices Stay on top of Agile trends and new web technologies. Attend relevant training and conferences. Help manage change within the team when we must supplant older conventions with more modern ones In all things, the Scrum Master serves the team members and considers their needs first Create and maintain dashboards to summarize progress, velocity, backlog, etc for consumption by leadership Hope to hear from you soon !!!
