As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle SCM solutions with a specific focus on Advanced Procurement modules such as Self Service Purchasing, Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, and Supplier Qualifications Management (SQM). Responsibilities: Solution Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design comprehensive Oracle SCM solutions, specifically in the Advanced Procurement space. Develop architectural strategies and roadmaps for the implementation and evolution of Advanced Procurement modules. Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Advanced Procurement modules, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices. Customize and optimize configurations to meet specific organizational requirements. Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the primary expert for Oracle Advanced Procurement modules, including Self Service Purchasing, Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, and SQM. Provide guidance on best practices and industry standards in procurement and supplier management. Integration and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Advanced Procurement modules and other enterprise systems. Design and implement data interfaces and workflows to support end-to-end procurement processes. User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure a thorough understanding of Advanced Procurement functionalities. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for procurement-related issues. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to Advanced Procurement configurations, customizations, and integrations. Develop and update standard operating procedures for procurement processes. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest updates, features, and best practices in Oracle Advanced Procurement. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of procurement processes. Compliance and Security: Ensure that Advanced Procurement configurations comply with regulatory requirements and security standards. Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard procurement data. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an Oracle SCM Functional Architect/Lead with expertise in Advanced Procurement modules. In-depth knowledge of Oracle Advanced Procurement functionalities and their integration with other Oracle Cloud applications. Strong understanding of procurement and supplier management best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills. Oracle Advanced Procurement certifications are a plus.
