Candidate will also recommend, coordinate, analyze, and apply relevant market and traffic safety research. Candidate will review all external communications for consistent messaging, branding, etc., and coordinate production and distribution, identifying media (both earned and paid) opportunities as needed. Works with the project team and creative agency vendor to deliver specialized tactics such as media buys, news releases, social media, and video production. Coordinates campaign project activities with internal project manager, contracted creative agency, state agencies, governmental jurisdictions, or private sector partners and contractors Develops and manages the campaign's vendor and project budgets, schedules, work plans, resource requirements, and cost estimates and projections, as well as produces written materials and contracts Initiates campaign mini-projects, obtains authorization and commitment, and demonstrates business need and project feasibility to include, defining the target audience to develop educational programs and messaging Manages, oversees, and evaluates projects and contracts using accepted project management methodologies Reviews and recommends proposals and bids to management.
