MUST BE ONSITE 4 DAYS A WEEK. Can choose their remote day and it can vary per week. Candidates must be vaccinated. Important Skills Technical property and casualty insurance, BA, FUNCTIONAL exp, SQL Queries, Full Story, google analytics Soft multitasker, Doer, more on this below Interview Process: Phone screen with manager, second round ONSITE with 3-4 managers and teammates. Subs need Ability to work onsite 4 days a week P&C Insurance Experience as a BA Would you Rather: The manager would rather see a BA with P+C experience without full story vs a BA who has Full Story without P+C experience. (same for SQL Queries) SQL is more common than Full Story Wouldnt exclude a candidate if they didnt have Full story or SQL Queries. She would still hire as long as they had the P+C experience! She can train on full story, not SQL Must Haves : P+C is a must, with slight room for exception (Life insurance is not P+C) SQL application databases are all SQL. They may write queries Full story use fullstory for production problem analytics. It captures activity ex: if an agent enters a quote, they track key strokes and screens so if an error on a screen, they can pull up the re-enactment line by line to fix, and assess if its user entry error or another issue. It watches and records entries! Makes troubleshooting production problems so much easier Plus: Google analytics used to monitor logs and repeat issues. Launch their own problem solving.
