The Strategic Programs and Technology team, part of Revenue Operations, is responsible for the end-to-end global demand management portfolio, oversees our most innovative and strategic demand projects, and manages the RevTech strategy across our early sales funnel. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative task support for Project Managers across the Strategic Programs and Technology team. You Will Perform project delivery and administration support for active projects in NA & EMEA Support project intake, scheduling and coordinating stakeholder meetings Support building project analysis reports and ROI assessments Support program data entry and dashboard user testing Monitor project plan activity milestones and RAID logs Create process documentation, operating procedures and training materials Assist in revenue technology research Requirements 3+ years of experience in supporting or managing projects Strong background with project planning, dependency mapping, and timeline creation Strong communication and organizational agility skills Background using Smartsheets and Excel Support both US & Europe Timezone Keywords: |
