Primary Skill: SQL Expertise, Banking Data Modeler, expertise in Data Vault modeling Secondary Skill: Datawarehouse concepts, data modelling tool specific to TBSM domains Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders in regulatory compliance, credit risk, and finance within the TBSM subject areas to deeply understand data requirements and objectives. Design and implement robust conceptual, logical, and physical data models, leveraging advanced methodologies like Data Vault modeling to ensure flexibility and compliance within TBSM domains. Apply best practices for data modeling, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with regulatory standards governing banking operations. Assess and enhance existing data models, using advanced modeling methodologies to meet the evolving demands of regulatory compliance, credit risk management, and finance analytics. Work closely with database administrators and developers to implement and maintain data structures, ensuring adherence to stringent TBSM regulatory requirements and security protocols. Conduct comprehensive data modeling reviews, providing guidance to ensure alignment with established banking regulations and data governance frameworks within TBSM domains. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating advanced modeling methodologies to address unique challenges within TBSM subject areas. Document data models, metadata, and data lineage meticulously for effective communication and regulatory compliance in credit risk and finance operations. Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to integrate data models into the overarching system architecture, fostering synergy across TBSM operations. Contribute actively to data governance initiatives, ensuring the highest standards of data quality and consistency mandated by TBSM regulatory frameworks. Qualifications: Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience as a Banking Data Modeler within regulatory compliance, credit risk, and finance, specifically in the TBSM subject areas, showcasing expertise in Data Vault modeling and other relevant methodologies. Proficient in data modeling tools specific to TBSM domains. Strong SQL skills and deep understanding of relational database management systems, with a focus on TBSM data structures. Comprehensive knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices tailored to the intricacies of TBSM operations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in addressing data challenges unique to regulatory compliance, credit risk, and finance domains. Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders within TBSM subject areas.
