The Senior Business Analyst for Student Systems reports to the Dean of Student Affairs and provides leadership and advice in the areas of information technology, strategic planning, process engineering, and project portfolio management for the Student Affairs Division. 

Theincumbent serves as a student systems stakeholder and collaborates with the team, staff, and other stakeholders to lead or provide consultation on technology projects related to or impacting the Student Affairs Division. 

The position is responsible for leveraging technology systems to maximize external and internal customer services, streamline business processes, and provide reporting for the division. In conjunction with the Information Technical Services Division, the position will organize project teams, gather business requirements, and maintain documentation necessary for the successful development, testing and deployment of enterprise system enhancements and new implementations. 

The incumbent completes or consults on high-level policy and procedure documentation and provides system and process expertise to support the Dean, and all Student Affairs offices including Student Engagement, Admissions, Records and Registration, Assessment, Advising, and Support Services; as well as all other college departments impacted or reliant on Student Affairs services, data, or technology systems.
