| From: Prashant, STM Consulting INC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hello, We are looking for a seasoned and highly motivated SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead the successful implementation of our S/4HANA initiative. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for all aspects of the project, from planning and scope definition to go-live and post-implementation support. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical consultants, and other key project members to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets all business requirements. Role- SAP S/4HANA Project Manager Location: Los Alamitos, CA Duration: 6 Months (Hybrid Role) Responsibilities: Project Planning and Scope Definition: Lead the development of the project plan, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation. Conduct workshops and interviews to gather business requirements and define success criteria. Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement in the S/4HANA environment. Develop a robust change management plan to manage the transition to S/4HANA. Project Execution: Manage the implementation team, including consultants, internal resources, and vendors. Monitor project progress, track risks and issues, and take corrective action as needed. Oversee all project activities, including configuration, development, testing, and data migration. Facilitate communication and collaboration between all project stakeholders. Manage project financials and ensure adherence to budget. Go-live and Post-Implementation Support: Develop and execute a comprehensive go-live plan to ensure a smooth transition to S/4HANA. Provide ongoing support to users after go-live and address any post-implementation issues. Monitor system performance and work with the team to optimize the S/4HANA environment. Document lessons learned and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager, with at least 3 years of experience managing SAP implementation projects. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget. Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, including its functionalities, architecture, and configuration options. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field preferred. Additional Desired Skills: Experience with Agile project management methodologies. Knowledge of change management best practices. Experience with data migration and integration projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
