My apologies if this position is not an ideal fit, we'll keep you in mind for other suitable positions and referrals would be appreciate Role - Data Engineer Location : Juno beach , FL ( Day one onsite) Duration: Long Term Contract JOB DISCRIPTION: Must-have skillsets: Capabilities of understanding object-oriented programing ETL processes and standard methods Package management and deployment strategies General Skillset and Expectations: Expectations Primary duties will include day-to-day troubleshooting of forecasting systems. Generally, this involves efficiently working thru data anomalies that cause inaccurate forecasts and/or failure of forecasts to be generated. When not supporting data and system issues, candidate will engage with the data science team to enhance existing forecasting systems for the trade floors. The candidate should be able to create dynamic object-oriented methods, full stack solutions, and integrations to existing code solutions. This candidate is expected to create individual python classes, methods, and functions that support the data flow of existing and new projects. These code additions would seamlessly support projects for data flows, and include logging and support without minimal to no supervision. This candidate would additionally have experience with changes in packages, testing, and repository instances to support CI/CD.
