| Role :- Program Manager (PHARMA DOMAIN) Location :- Remote Mandatory Skills :- must have pharma domain experience Network Serialization is required (PHARMA DOMAIN- Program management , Manufacturing projects experience , Supply chain project experience , Policy documentation management for hardware etc.) Job Description :- Program Manager will oversee 2 projects: Network Serialization Improvement Project: Improved serialization handling of finished goods to minimize the need to engage in correction activity, bring automation to correction resolution/reporting, improved consumer experience, and enablement of aligned global 3PL serialization. Scope: Quality Control Improvements (CM, Arvato, Reconext) Singular global serialization process Component box serialization Improved serialization history across systems Full Fusion utilization for de-kitting/re-kitting process Serial correction process improvements Retail Partner serial validation Stakeholders 3PL partners, Contract Manufacturers, retail partners, and internal supply chain functions IP Hardware Policy & Tooling Enhancement Project Draft and implement a new IP Hardware Policy that will support the security and data accuracy for IP Hardware. Perform internal tools enhancements to enforce the new policy. Stakeholders span - Device Logistics, Asset Owners, Labs, Security, Legal, and HR.
