They have a few people on staff that can do some day-to-day maintenance, but they are starting to have some issues with their server farm. They are wanting to bring in a local resource (they prefer for them to be onsite 3 days a week), to do an assessment of their current setup and to help with the heavy lifting with VMware. They currently have around 600 virtual servers and they comprise of Windows and Linux from an operating system.
