Job Title: Identity and Access Management (IAM) SME Duration: Contract Location: 100% Remote As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) SME on the team, youll be responsible for providing IAM and MFA consulting expertise in support of the client's current cybersecurity capabilities. Youll play a critical role in the world of identity and access management and zero trust as a Subject Matter Expert on a security engineering team. Youll interface with stakeholders and engineering teams to delve into the details and dependencies of critical processes and users roles within them. Youll apply knowledge of IAM solutions and frameworks to conceptualize, design, and implement secure access management solutions. Youll assess the clients existing environment and provide recommendations for MFA solutions that address various Authentication Assurance Levels. You will analyze emerging authentication technologies to design and implement Access Management solutions that support both internal and external users. Provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems, develop and tweak documentation and provide senior level briefing on recommendations and strategy. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia. You Have: 5+ years of experience with engineering IAM systems and implementing SSO and MFA solutions 5+ years of experience with delivering large-scale access management solutions to support large complex enterprise cybersecurity systems Experience with multifactor authentication systems YubiKey and ID.me Experience with Zero Trust Architecture Experience with Okta, Microsoft Active Directory Federation Service (ADFS), Microsoft Azure AD, or Ping Identity Experience providing IAM/security consulting, working on complex business-facing client problems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations Knowledge of Cybersecurity operations, federal compliance standards, FISMA, and NIST 800 series Knowledge of troubleshooting and configuring applications, MFA endpoints, and API integrations. Ability to consult on subject matter level expert knowledge of multifactor authentication solutions and smartcard technologies Ability to provide strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to create and maintain documentation regarding configurations, integrations, and best practices Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements Masters degree in computer science, Electronics Engineering, or technical equivalent and 10 years of relevant experience or a total of 20 years in lieu of education Best Regards, Khursheed Keywords: active directory Idaho |
