Top Three Skills: 1. Experience with Hardware testing and deployment 2. Audio/Video Engineer History of being a part of the decision-making process on selecting equipment standards 3. PowerShell scripting or other experience in developing software packages / updates and/or pushing out applications using a device management system. Core Accountabilities Gathering business and technical requirements for hardware solutions in the hardware and AV space. (MTR Kits / Conference Room Camera / Audio Equipment / laptops / desktops / displays / mobile devices / printers/ peripherals). Work with AV Operations team to support existing implementations and partner on evaluations of new technology. Setting and maintaining standards of AV Equipment for the various conference room sizes and configurations Make decisions around hardware configurations, computer images, systems specifications. Coordinating and leading in the design, testing, evaluation, implementation, and support for multiple complex platforms of large size and complexity (hardware, operating systems, software, systems tools, and IT processes). Evaluate business requirements and recommend hardware that will enhance availability, reliability, scalability, and security, while consistently driving down total cost of ownership. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware deployments (Bios/firmware/drivers) Design and document enterprise standards and procedures Ensure platforms/systems conform to established enterprise/industry standards (systems management, security, operating systems, etc.) and reference models. Provide technical support, as needed, to the enterprise. Create detailed documentation for all engineering solutions. Maintain lifecycle of hardware across large enterprise with over 100k devices Manage existing and new vendor relationships for hardware partners in the AV and hardware industry.
