The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing campaigns across various platforms, and leveraging these Adobe tools for creatively stitching together campaigns and tracking and measuring their success . The Digital Marketing Lead will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion through innovative digital marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies using Adobe Experience Platform and related tools. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies, particularly within the Adobe ecosystem. Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels using segments created using RTCDP and execute them using Adobe Target. Leverage Adobe Customer Journey and Adobe Journey Optimizer to enhance customer experiences throughout the marketing funnel. Content Creation: Lead the creation of engaging and visually appealing digital content using Adobe Creative Cloud, with a focus on Adobe Experience Platform integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels. Analytics and Optimization: Utilize Adobe Analytics to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and derive actionable insights for campaign optimization. Apply data-driven insights to continuously improve and refine digital marketing initiatives. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to the digital marketing team, emphasizing proficiency in Adobe tools. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that capitalizes on Adobe's suite of products. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, product, and IT, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and strategy development using Adobe tools. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform, RTCDP, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Customer Journey, and Adobe Journey Optimizer. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics. Strong communication and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in Adobe products or digital marketing.
