MS certification is a plus, but not required. need to have focused on data-oriented roles more than application development. In other words, not a web developer or app developer, but a data analyst, database developer, BI analyst, etc. Strong PowerBI and SQL skills, not things like ASP.NET. comm skills are critical for mentoring as well as interacting with users and management. looking for a Lead Developer who can do hands on work as well as mentor and guide another junior developer. Its not a manager role, but it does require leadership skills technical as well as people skills. Were working with a small university in VA that is moving to a new student data system (ERP basically).
