Role : Associate Principal Data Solution Architect Location: San Diego, CA - Hybrid - One week in a Month Mandatory Duration: Contract Note: Candidate needs to work from office in San Diego, CA from Tuesday Thursday. Technical Skills (Primary - Must have): Focus of this role will be to support the modern data platform architecture & implementation roadmaps. Minimum 15+ years of experience in IT or data management and analytics experience required. Minimum 8+ years of architecture experience in multiple architectural domains such as business, information, application, integration, technology, and security required. Assist in developing data strategies for cloud data platform, master data management, metadata management, analytics, data integration, and related data management or data infrastructure components. Candidate must be proficient in data management concepts, practices, and procedures; as well as extensive knowledge of data integration, data quality, multi-dimensional design and ETL tools, processes, and methodology. Analyze, plan, and define data architecture framework, including security, reference data, metadata, and master data. Consult on architecting of overall data management approach - develop, maintain, and enforce data architecture/modelling-related standards and solutions. Proficiency in data management concepts, practices, and procedures; as well as extensive knowledge of data integration, data quality, multi-dimensional design and ETL tools, processes, and methodology. Experience of designing and implementing modern/cloud data architectures and solutions. Deep expertise in databases, data modeling, data architecture, and operating systems. Supports end-to-end data asset lifecycle management activities. TOGAF, IASA or any other architecture-related certification required. Technical Skills (Secondary Nice to have, Not Mandatory): Experience of working with Insurance Domain. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Visio, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint. Ability to apply principles of logic to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience working with cross-functional teams, and presenting to leadership. Strong ability to work with client stakeholders.
