Role: Transition Manager Must Network and Security Exp - Onsite - Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite) Client: Hexaware/End Client-Confidential Duration: 12+ Months Need Profile : 11+ Years ( Please Dont Share profile below 10+ years) Visa : H1B / GC / USC only / Passport Number Must Job Description... Responsibilities: Manage technical teams to propose creative solutions that deliver substantial value to clients. Drive various technical team and technology track during transition of services. Should have very sound knowledge on various data center technologies, Cloud Ops, Network, EUC, security, Service Desk and Field services. Plan and conduct due diligence to validate assumptions and refine the transition solution. Drive all the Phases (Knowledge acquisition, Secondary & Primary support and Steady State) and be the SPOC for all the escalations/queries for the customers during transition. Conduct workshops with customer to walk through the Transition Framework whenever required. Conduct gap analysis from due diligence vs. actual transition. Manage Agile & complex transition engagements, lead multi-disciplined global teams in order to transform client IT environments. Utilize project management methodologies keeping focus on business objectives and results. Introduce Innovative business solutions to solve client pain points. Directly responsible for the success of IT infrastructure transitions. Serve as primary liaison between Client and Hexaware. Primary duties include project management, Scheduling, reporting, escalation, management of project plan, delivery of critical milestones. Responsible for global communication with management, program teams, service delivery team, quality, and vendors; serve as liasion between the business community and the IT organization with the goal of providing technical solutions and meet business strategic goals. Manage the accelerated process of transferring services from in-house / incumbent to Hexaware, ensuring service levels and maintained throughout. Establish clearly articulated Service Governance, Service Management, Escalation Governance and Business Change Control Models. Be successful in negotiation with customers on change requests for the scope creep items and new solutions during transition phase. Work in partnership with Sales Teams, Solution Architects, Service Delivery, Finance, HR and Legal to manage all phases of technical solution development during the transition cycle to qualify all critical milestones of contract and turn over to service delivery. Responsible for Planning, lead and manage the transition portion of engagements while ensuring engagement profitability, customer satisfaction, and effective staff utilization. Understand Service Management process of Incident, Problem and change Should be quick learner and adaptable to changing environment. Essential Skills: Ideal candidate should have completed at least 3 successful transition of International projects including DC, Cloud, EUC, Network and Security etc. Should be good team player and experience in handling remote teams spread across geographies. Should have extensive exposure in interacting with Europe and US based customer. Should be well versed with MPP or any other tool for managing the transition.
