Scope of Work: Equipment: Supply and configure Juniper hardware for all locations according to the district's specifications. The specific equipment list and configurations will be finalized during the design and engineering phase. Services: Project Management: Basic project management, including planning, scheduling, and coordination with the district. Design and Engineering: Basic design and engineering of the network infrastructure for each location. Installation: Installation, activation, and initial configuration of all network equipment. Training: Basic training for district personnel on the operation and maintenance of the new equipment. Basic Maintenance: Repair and upkeep of network electronics equipment for one year (July 1, 2024 - June 30,2025). This includes identifying separate labor costs for eligible and ineligible products/services and estimated repair time for each equipment type. Installation Schedule: Installation will begin on July 1, 2024, and must be completed by September 30, 2024. Work at occupied school buildings with students present will be conducted after school hours at no additional cost to the district. Vendor Responsibilities: Provide all labor, supervision, tooling, and hardware for the network electronics installation. Test all equipment for functionality and performance. Deliver "As-Built" documentation for the installed network. Have sufficient resources to complete the project within the timeframe. Meet with district representatives to discuss equipment arrangements and installation interfaces. Demonstrate resources to fulfill the project timeline upon request. District Responsibilities: Provide access to installation sites and relevant information. Review and approve deliverables throughout the project.
