You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, be detail oriented, and able to work in a team environment and independently. One role will work with existing Finance To Manage team on CFIN project that is integrating legacy ERP systems through CFIN into SAP. A second role will shadow SAP and corporate teams that are running explore session for Energy SAP implementation. What Else Will You Do Analyze business strategy and user needs, document specifications, and translate business objectives into proper system requirement specifications. Assist in determining which business requirements can and should be automated and how these automated functions are integrated into the rest of the business and technical processes. Guide business customers through business case development for new applications/functionality, including cost / benefit analysis and risk / impact analysis. Work with BW, Development, and Integration teams to ensure effective integration between legacy ERP systems and S4. Formulate and define system scope and objectives through search and fact-finding. Support, test, and enhance complex information systems and develop adequate error management functionality within assigned applications. Build test plans, test cases, perform functional testing and assure proper user acceptance testing of completed projects. Develop appropriate documentation as needed based on IT Methodology. Support activities for assigned applications and assure secondary resources are defined and are well trained to support the application. Track problems, enhancement requests and suggestion for assigned applications. Recommend changes and modify procedures to solve complex problems. Work with vendors to coordinate project and development tasks and resolve issues as they arise. Maintain an understanding of the clients business practices, industry issues, trends and present technical solutions that enhance the value of our customers products and services. Provide new user training on supported applications as requested. Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions. What Experience is Required 7 to 10 years of SAP ECC and S4 FICO business analyst experience to include: o SAP configuration, Business process definition, requirements definition, solution documentation, and development and support of integrated business applications o Implementation and support of SAP ECC and S4 FICO applications o IS Oil/Energy experience is required for second role.
