Partner closely with members of the SAS team to uncover analytical business needs within the Medicaid client Perform the following: Solid standard business analysis skills including Requirements gathering and documentation ETL requirements for new data sources Report and analytics requirements Meeting facilitation Understanding business objectives Communication skills, both written and verbal Quick to catch on to new concepts, ability to roll with the punches Competent using Visio Prefer previous Jira experience Previous data warehouse experience, specifically focused on ETL Ability to accurately document ETL-based requirements Write Technical Design Documentation Basic understanding of ETL coding, with SAS being a plus Healthcare experience, preferably in the government space Ability to handle multiple projects at one time (minimum 4/5 but up to 10) Examples of possible reporting needs: Traditionalost and utilization reporting Federal Reports such as CMS-64 Quality Measures (HEDIS-like measures) Program Monitoring, Reporting, and Evaluation for Medicaid programs Keywords: |
