Database Backup and Recovery: Develop and maintain comprehensive backup and recovery strategies for MongoDb Perform regular backups and test recovery procedures to ensure data recoverability. Database Monitoring and Alerts: Set up proactive monitoring and alerting for database health and performance issues. Respond to alerts and incidents promptly to minimize service disruptions. Database Patching and Upgrades: Database Automation and Scripting: Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows to streamline routine database management tasks. Database Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of database configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Lead efforts to diagnose and resolve complex database-related issues. Collaborate with Level 1 and Level 2 support and other teams to address escalated incidents. Database Project Management: Several years of proven experience as a Level Mongo Database Administrator. In-depth understanding of Mongodb architecture, configuration, and performance tuning. Strong proficiency in Mongodb architecture, installation, configuration, and administration. Familiarity with database security, backup, and recovery best practices. Experience with database clustering and load balancing technologies is advantageous.
