Requirements Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field. 3+ years of experience as a product owner, product manager, or business analyst in an agile environment. 2+ years of experience as an agile coach, scrum master, or agile practitioner in an agile environment. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent certification. Certified Agile Coach (CAC), Professional Agile Coach (PAC), or equivalent certification. Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills. Strong knowledge of agile principles, values, and frameworks, such as scrum, kanban, and scaled agile framework (SAFe). Proven ability to define and deliver value to the customers and the business. Proven ability to lead and coach agile teams and foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation. Proven ability to balance competing priorities and trade-offs. Proven ability to use data and feedback to drive decision making and improvement. Proven ability to solve problems and resolve conflicts. Proven ability to learn and grow continuously. Responsibilities Deep understanding of ITOM domain Define and communicate the vision, goals, and roadmap of the product or service. Collaborate with the customers, stakeholders, and the development team to identify, validate, and prioritize the features and requirements. Write and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and other artifacts to ensure clarity and alignment. Manage the product backlog and ensure it is visible, transparent, and up-to-date. Plan and facilitate agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, and retrospective. Coach and mentor the development team and other stakeholders on agile principles, values, and practices. Monitor and track the progress, quality, and performance of the product or service using metrics and feedback. Identify and resolve impediments, risks, and dependencies that may affect the delivery of value. Promote a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation within and across the teams.
