Must Have Strong hands-on working experience in

AWS native services

More than 15 years in IT infrastructure of which 5 plus years directly working with customer and should have worked 2/3 years with current organization.

Bachelors degree or equivalent certifications.

Minimum of 4 years hands on work experience in any area of Infrastructure Operations, Network Operations, Service Desk. Experience in Project/Program Management in relevant areas like Service Desk, Infrastructure Planning, Network Planning.

Specific experience of onshore / offshore model, 3 tier model (offshore, account, customer) experience would be a plus.

Experience in working in a multi-national / multi-cultural environment. Strong operations management skills (preferably ITIL Certified) with ability to extract, analyses data to drive improvement actions.

Ability to handle / negotiate with customers and/or senior Account personnel. Excellent Documentation, Presentation and communication skills demonstrated in a work environment.

Must have a depth or breadth of knowledge and experience in five of the nine knowledge areas of Project Management as specialties. 

Must also possess the necessary skills, behaviors, and traits to be successful as a project leader or project/Program office manager or change initiative manager.

Working toward professional Project Management certification recommended.

Performed cross platform audits of Active Directory (AD) objects and user permissions.

Provides windows server systems architecture, administration, installation, optimization, problem isolation and resolution

Managed User Accounts on Windows and UNIX Platform (Creation, Deletion, Permissions, and VPN Access).

Developed organizational units in Active Directory (AD) and managed user security with group policies.

Managed Group Policy Objects (GPOs) throughout the Active Directory (AD) enterprise

Created and maintained email addresses and distribution lists in MS Exchange.

Storage and Backup Administrator Level L1/L2 Job description 

Experience in Storage and Backup Technologies 

1.Hands-on experience in current enterprise level NetApp SAN/NAS storage design, networking, configuration, capacity management, troubleshooting and maintenance of highly available enterprise data storage systems 

2. Solid understanding of various methods to back-up virtual machines as well as DR strategies utilizing vMotion, HA, SAN snapshots, LUN replication, etc...

3. Solid understanding of NetApp SAN/NAS technology and how vSphere is implemented with shared storage (eg. fiber channel, iSCSI, NFS or CIFS. RDM vs VMFS) strategies for performance and optimization across logical and physical network topologies 

4. VMware Infrastructure design and planning involving large scale clusters

5. Monitor performance, errors, and warnings on FC network and attached storage systems 

6. Maintain storage and FC network policies and standards 

7. Troubleshoot performance problems and propose short term fixes and long term solutions

Summary:

The Unix L1/L2 Administrator is responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Unix systems. This includes managing user accounts, file systems, and network services. The L3 Administrator also troubleshoots and resolves complex system issues.

The Level 3 DBA provides technical expertise, leads database projects, and collaborates with other IT teams to deliver robust and scalable database services.

Key Responsibilities:

Database Management:

        Possess in-depth knowledge of MogoDB architecture, installation, and administration.
