Title: Technical Program Manager with QaaS Management exp Work Location: Redmond, WA (Remote) Duration: Long Term Contract Note: Technical Program Manager (TPM-US) is responsible to Support QaaS Management and is involved for each stage of development until completion of project. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: QaaS Management Support PM - this resource needs to work closely with FW payload PMs and QaaS team in daily stand-up in US time. Provide the support for QaaS Management PM role to fill the gap. This is to help the FW Qual prioritization, QaaS Intake creation, ADO management to unblock the business critical Qualitification requests. FW Qual Backlog management with the daily prioritization sync with v-team Create QaaS Tracker ADOs to link with FW Release ADO Manage ADO data with accurate state, FW Lifecycle dates (Qual ETA), attach Signoff docs before passing to FW payload team for deployment. Proactively provide the FW support to QaaS team daily, including closing gaps between Payload FW dev and QaaS test engineers Continuously monitor and analyze test results, identifying and reporting defects Preferred Experience: 5+ years of experience as a technical Program Manager or in a technical role with systems experience Experienced with software architecture design with proven ability to synthesize, communicate solutions to complex technical problems with knowledge of building low-level software to run on hardware e.g. Firmware, BIOS, BMC, BSP etc. Experience in management of complex cross-group, cross-business, cross-disciplinary projects General Information Job Description: Expectations from this role: Proficiency: Perform end-to-end management of a single or portfolio of projects with TCV 500K - $1Mn in deliverables based or outcome-based model, by delivering the agreed scope, within the agreed timelines and cost.
