Excellent communication and servant leadership skills. Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability. Outstanding organizational skills. Scrum master certification is a plus. Experience with software development life cycle, waterfall, and agile principles. Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. Experience understanding technical issues at a high level.
