Role: Organization Change Manager

Location: Jersey City. New Jersey (hybrid)

Job description:

Responsibilities:

1. Change Strategy Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive change management strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure
smooth transitions.

2. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. Work closely with leadership to gain support for change initiatives and ensure effective communication
of change objectives.

3. Change Impact Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to understand the impact of changes on various business units, processes, and employees. Identify and address potential challenges to minimize disruption.

4. Communication Planning: Develop and execute communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed throughout the change process. Provide regular updates on the status of initiatives and address concerns
or questions.

5. Training and Development: Collaborate with training teams to design and deliver effective training programs that support organizational changes. Ensure that employees are equipped with the necessary
skills and knowledge to adapt to new processes.

6. Resistance Management: Proactively identify and address resistance to change. Implement strategies to overcome resistance and foster a positive attitude toward organizational changes.

7. Metrics and Evaluation: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change initiatives. Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and adjust approaches
as needed.

8. Culture Alignment: Foster a change-friendly organizational culture. Promote values and behaviors that support continuous improvement and adaptability.
