Here's the ideal profile: Top Skills & Years of Experience Required: Managing quality assurance on large government projects. Must have experience in providing quality assurance for projects of duration greater than 6 months and more than 50 stakeholders. Must have excellent communications skills, including both written and verbal skills; clear and concise communication skills required. Must have professional facilitation skills. Must have experience in creating project level risk and issue management plans. Program Manager will NOT directly manage IT projects for the State of Michigan.
