Study and understand the PTCs desired Billing and Revenue functionality for UBOS. Using knowledge gained to coordinate changes and designs to the UBOS and the PTCs other technologies to assure the PTCs needs are met and including following the standards and policies. Act as PTCs BRIM subject matter expert and represent the PTC in meetings and workshops and work with the UBOS SI team to ensure PTCs needs are met. Act as a subject matter expert to raise concerns and possible issues to the PTC leadership with enough details for the PTC leadership to decide on how to proceed. Develops and maintains plans and other documentation as required using PTC established standards, procedures, templates, and methodologies. Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients. Follows the tasks and other duties assigned by the PTC. Leads, and participates in project team meetings and activities for Billing and Revenue work efforts related to enterprise systems Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients. Reviews SIs documentation on behalf of PTC and advises the PTC UBOS IT Program Manager on acceptance of the documentation. Performs hands-on testing as part of PTCs acceptance of the SIs solution and provides their opinion to PTCs UBOS IT Program Manager on when a deliverable meets PTCs needs and desires and if doesnt, provide documentation needed for PTC to rectify any issues with the SI. Assists with conducting lessons learned sessions during and after projects to identify recommendations for improvement. Follows the tasks and other duties assigned by the UBOS IT Program Manager Desired Skill Set The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of expertise in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) implementations of various sizes. Implementation experience for a tolling back office or for a large-scale call center based back office is highly desired. Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software including Work, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint, plus proficient in Microsoft Project.
