Position 1: Program Manager will oversee eQMS Implementation project: To place medical devices on the market, RL must attest that it has established a QMS in compliance with regulations. A QMS governs the methods used in, the facilities and controls used for, the design, manufacture, packaging, labeling, storage, installation and servicing of all finished medical devices. There is an overarching, broader team that is responsible for drafting and rolling out reduced set of SOPs without any systemization. In parallel, the eQMS project will be responsible for designing and deploying a selected system to manage and control QMS data and records. Stakeholders - Config Management (PLM), Product Offerings (Sales, Marketing), Procurement, Suppliers management, Logistics (Forward/Reverse), Engineering, Compliance, and Product Development teams. Position 2: Program Manager will oversee 2 projects: Network Serialization Improvement Project : Improved serialization handling of finished goods to minimize the need to engage in correction activity, bring automation to correction resolution/reporting, improved consumer experience, and enablement of aligned global 3PL serialization. Scope: Quality Control Improvements (CM, Arvato, Reconext) Singular global serialization process Component box serialization Improved serialization history across systems Full Fusion utilization for de-kitting/re-kitting process Serial correction process improvements Retail Partner serial validation Stakeholders 3PL partners, Contract Manufacturers, retail partners, and internal supply chain functions IP Hardware Policy & Tooling Enhancement Project Draft and implement a new IP Hardware Policy that will support the security and data accuracy for IP Hardware.
