St. Louis, MO The SR Mongo/Redis Database Administrator will actively engage and work with other entities within the Software Development/IT infrastructure, included but not limited to Mongo, SQL, Oracle, Storage Data Protection, Data Center, Networking and Architecture. The role will work closely project teams to deploy new solutions as well as innovate proof-of concepts efforts within the group. Role: Oracle Payroll Developer Location: Remote but candidates must work onsite in Charlotte, NC for the first full week of work and the travel must be covered by the consultant and will not be reimbursed by Charter) Top Requirements: Techni-functional experience in payroll processing in Oracle HCM Cloud (also called Oracle Fusion) HCM Extract, Fast Formulas, PL-SQL and OIC Reporting tools like BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI Configuration, payroll process flow, taxes and cost HDL loaders or HSDL templates Experience with reconciliation of converted interface files with legacy files for Payroll related items. Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: This client began an HCM implementation several months ago and utilizes an SI partner to help with this project. The new product is Oracle and the team is looking to bring Oracle knowledge in house. This role is payroll specific, so ideal candidates will have Oracle Fusion HCM payroll knowledge. Ability and willingness to educate are important as this role has been created in part to facilitate knowledge transfer to the team. This person will be hands on, doing the development work to help the project stay on budget. This person will assist the payroll team in testing Payroll OHCM processes. Identifying and analyzing bugs found during testing and documenting them. Pay close attention to details running the tests, documenting and report results.
