| Most of the resumes I am getting are not fit for the role, either you guys are only interested in throwing resumes without actually reading what the job spec requires or you want to get a quick sub hoping to get interviews. It just doesnt work that way, and you only waste my time and your time. The must-haves on the job spec are not met with most of the resumes missing it and I dont really care about the visa copies or Drivers License when it is still sent without me even asking for it, and there you are wasting your time again. For the State Client position, every sub requires references and degree copy so without it I cannot move ahead and I cannot keep asking for it when its your job to get it For my Pharma roles I can still go up by max $5hr so make sure you send qualified resumes only My team will contact your candidates if they are a good fit and you will be notified of the same.
