Good knowledge on Time management and HCM process. Should have worked in policy editor and should be able to manage the configurations independently. Good understanding on the workforce system flow . Should be able to analyze and understand the requirements of time management at global level. Hands on experience in Accruals, Exceptions, Roles, Premiums, TCP, Settings etc. Ability to understand the inflow and outflow of workforce software(Knowledge of XML is an advantage) Should know the concepts of HR import and Payroll export. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Should have sound knowledge in Workforce debugging. Knowledge on SF-EC and LOA set up in EC is preferred.
