| From: Vinni, Indus AiLabs [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hello, Hope you are doing good Please find the below requirement and revert with suitable profiles Role: SAP HTR - Workforce Software (WFS) Duration: 12+ Months Work location: Kansas City, KS - (Hybrid) Experience: 6+ yrs Job Description: * 3+ Years work experience in Workforce Software with configuration specialist certification- PT102 and interface certification -PT103 * Should be an expert in using Workforce formula language. * Good knowledge on Time management and HCM process. * Should have worked in policy editor and should be able to manage the configurations independently. * Good understanding on the workforce system flow . * Should be able to analyze and understand the requirements of time management at global level. * Hands on experience in Accruals, Exceptions, Roles, Premiums, TCP, Settings etc. * Ability to understand the inflow and outflow of workforce software(Knowledge of XML is an advantage) * Should know the concepts of HR import and Payroll export. * Good communication skills, both verbal and written. * Should have sound knowledge in Workforce debugging. * Knowledge on SF-EC and LOA set up in EC is preferred. * Good knowledge on SQL query and reporting.
