Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced PLM Teamcenter Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing solutions using Siemens Teamcenter PLM software. The PLM Teamcenter Solution Architect will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective PLM solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of PLM concepts, Teamcenter architecture, and strong problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for PLM solutions. 2. Design and implement PLM solutions using Siemens Teamcenter, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. 3. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. 4. Conduct system architecture assessments and recommend improvements based on industry best practices. 5. Customize and configure Teamcenter modules to meet specific business needs. 6. Integrate Teamcenter with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability. 7. Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution related to Teamcenter implementations. 8. Stay updated on the latest PLM trends, technologies, and Siemens Teamcenter releases. 9. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to evaluate and select appropriate PLM tools and technologies. 10. Create and maintain technical documentation for PLM solutions, including design specifications, configuration guides, and deployment documentation. Qualifications: 1. Any Bachelor's degree, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus. 2. Proven experience as a PLM Teamcenter Solution Architect, with a minimum of 15 years in PLM solution design and implementation. 3. In-depth knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter PLM software, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities. 4. Strong understanding of PLM concepts, product data management (PDM), and product lifecycle management (PLM) principles. 5. Experience with Teamcenter architecture, data modeling, and workflow design. 6. Proficient in Java, C++, and other relevant programming languages. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 8. Relevant Siemens Teamcenter certifications are highly desirable. 9. Ability to travel as needed for project requirements.
