Have at least 10+ year of experience working with hands on SAP PTP consulting. Have a good functional understanding about PTP/AP processes with integration of SD and FI: Should be able to translate business requirements into SAP solution Good Understanding of SAP System Landscape and integration between SAP modules. Should have experience in working in support environment - time bound (SLA based) incident resolutions. Comprehensive Experience of Impact and gap analysis & Corrective action plans to support priority tickets Nice to Have Skills: Understanding on SAP Best Practices and have knowledge in multiple modules, their integrations & technology Up-to date with SAP innovations Certified in SAP S/4 HANA Application Development Knowledge of Change Control processes, testing and release documentation Usage of testing and support tools like HPQC ALM, Remedy and SAP Solution Manager CHARM Collaborate with team members to find solutions for complex problems and promote continuous improvement on services Ability to deliver high profile activities to tight timescales Ability to multi-task and work on a 24/7 support rotation Capable of taking ownership of tasks from beginning to end Exposure to SRM will be added advantage Work effectively in multiple time zones with global teams Responsibilities: Experienced in E2E implementation and Support projects in SAP PTP/AP predominantly worked on all the 3 sub-modules Procurement, Inventory Management & Logistics Invoice Verification. Good Knowledge on MM master data and understand DSP (Capps) for master data management. Good experience in understanding and gathering Business rules, Business requirements and end user cases. Worked on Material Requirement Planning (MRP) Process with JDA integration. Worked on Price determination process including country specific (Pricing for POs and intercompany). Worked on Purchase requisition and Purchase order Processing- Standard, Subcontracting, STO (Intra and Inter), Third party Procurement, service Procurement and Vendor returns" Worked on Release Procedures (Release procedures used in PR/PO)& Output determination of RFQ/PO/SA Experienced in ALE and EDI integration, interfaces with non-SAP systems. Exposure to SRM will be added advantage. Experienced in custom enhancements, Z-programs and workflows (PO, Vendor and Invoice). Good knowledge on Invoice Imaging, Invoice Resolution, Non PO Invoice Processing, Payment Processing. Understand and evaluate business requirements, identify the changes to the template and translate them into functional specification and technical design. Should be able to explain the functional requirements to the developer. Be accountable for on time delivery of the project deliverables with the other team members.
