Remote(PST Time Zone) Contract Exp; 10+ Works with Google Cloud's customers, improving their reliability experience through preventing incidents from happening. Participate in engineering improvements in our ability to detect incidents faster, and triage them more quickly and resolve them sooner. Work with customers on reliability issues. Drive changes to Google Cloud Platform's (Google Cloud Platform) reliability that customers need. Work closely with Site Reliability Engineering teams and Google Cloud support on customer's most critical issues. Minimum qualifications: - 5+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer. > Strong experience in major services related to Compute, Storage, Network and Security > Experience in Support of Google Cloud Platform > Broad knowledge of platform monitoring and validation tools > Experience in Application development/publishing > Experience migrating from on-premises to public cloud > Experience in data migration - Experience in one or more of the following: Python, Go, bash and/or Ruby, C#. - Experience in Unix/Linux operating systems internals and administration or networking. - Experience in System Design, and Distributed Computing. - Experience in Microservice Architecture (Kubenetes, Docker, etc) - Experience in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible, etc) - Expertise of back-end: NodeJS, Express, RESTful APIs Keywords: csharp information technology golang |
