Provide regularly scheduled progress reports and presentations on the progress of the OCM project to the Program Director, sponsors, and Executive Steering Committee. Ensure the completeness of all deliverables and ensure their timely delivery to the selected vendor. Provide feedback on any project issues and assist the Program Director during these activities. Requirements: Years Skills/Experience 10 Experience in Organizational Change Management. 10 Ability to convey complex and highly technical information to a diverse audience; ability to work cooperatively with organizational teams and business customers and ability to provide excellent customer service. 10 Experience defining and solving problems, estimating, and scheduling project deliverables, and producing project documentation. 10 Experience reviewing, monitoring, and evaluating OCM project deliverables and quality; ability to communicate project status and explain project. Methodology and processes to project stakeholders; ability to identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. 10 Extensive verbal and written communication skills 10 Skill in planning and organizing work to meet goals and complete multiple assignments without compromising accuracy. 5 Experience with pension and benefits administration systems. 5 Experience using the Prosci methodology. 5 Experience in project management delivery. Master's degree or Doctorate in areas such as Organization Development, Organization Change Management or similar.
