As an Azure Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and efficient data solutions using Azure services. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, and Big Data technologies. Key Responsibilities: Data Architecture Design: Design and architect data solutions based on business requirements. Develop scalable and efficient data models for various use cases. Azure Data Factory: Implement and optimize data pipelines using Azure Data Factory. Ensure seamless integration of data from various sources into Azure. Snowflake: Design and implement data warehousing solutions using Snowflake. Optimize Snowflake data structures for performance and scalability. Big Data Technologies: Leverage Big Data technologies for processing and analyzing large datasets. Implement and optimize solutions using technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, etc. Data Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from different sources. Ensure data quality and consistency across the organization. Performance Tuning: Monitor and optimize the performance of data solutions. Implement best practices for performance tuning and troubleshooting. Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for data architectures, processes, and solutions. Keep documentation up-to-date with changes and improvements. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Security and Compliance: Implement and adhere to security best practices for data solutions. Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Architect with a focus on Azure technologies. Strong expertise in Azure Data Factory and Snowflake. Experience with Big Data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, etc. Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Relevant certifications in Azure and Snowflake are a plus.
