From: Priyanshi, Parin Technologies LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Immunization Project Manager position is to manage the immunization divisions projects including the planning, execution, and completion of projects on time, within budget and within scope. This person is responsible for overseeing all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor, and summarize progress through reporting methods. This individual may act as a liaison between program area, vendor, and technical solutions/ support groups, using advanced communication skills to produce, document, analyze and validate program area requirements. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Project manager is responsible for all the projects of Immunization program related systems by working with vendors and Immunization division. Work with IIS Registry Manager to ensure that the program needs are met by offering effective technology solutions. Perform project planning including scopes and schedule, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility. Meet with program areas and other stakeholders to clarify specific requirements of each project. Develop and manage a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and risks. Manage changes to the project scope and schedule using appropriate verification techniques. Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, determine technical solutions, and translate into proper system requirement specifications. Follow-up with IT and program teams and vendor on getting issues addressed and help with increasing the overall data reporting timeliness, accuracy, and completeness. Facilitate the delivery of technical business solutions to program area or users. Prepare reports for management regarding status of project and escalate issues to management as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned. Experience / Skill Requirements: Requires 10-12 years of experience in IT project Management or related areas. Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. Project Management Professional (PMP) certified preferred and knowledge of PMI best practices Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices Experience in Healthcare industries preferred. Educational Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related fields with IT experience. Keywords: information technology |
