GC/USC ONLY The Senior Oracle Functional Analyst / Consultant SCM will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs using Oracle ERP and front end applications. He/She will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing solutions, and providing support for SCM business arena. This consulting engagement supports our clients ongoing project to migrate from Oracle EBS to the Cloud. Go-Live is planned for late spring of 2024. It is expected that the consultant will remain on project through go-live and support. CLIENT COMPANY Leading global energy industry organization with 10,000+ employees. LOCATION - The company is located in California. Most work will be done during PT business hours. This role is 100% remote. IDEAL CANDIDATE Qualified candidates should have prior experience with Oracle SCM solutions and specifically Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud migration projects. 8+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with at least 5 years of experience in SCM modules, including 3 years of experience with Oracle Cloud Implementations / Migrations. Oracle Cloud certification in SCM modules is a plus. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE Design, implement and support Oracle SCM modules, which includes Order Management and SCM front-end applications in both Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SCM and other modules such as Inventory, WMS (warehouse Management), Planning and Purchasing, PLM modules. Implement and support EBS integrations (B2B,B2C etc.) with front end applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to facilitate seamless communication with external partners and customers. Demonstrate the ability to think logically, critically and constructively about complex problems, clearly communicate findings of analysis, and propose solutions that addresses the issues and enhancements. Create and maintain project documentation including functional and technical specifications, test plans, and user manuals. Proficient in leading test efforts for SCM related enhancements and bug fixes. Provide training to end-users on new features and functionality in both Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud. Act as the subject matter expert and provide in-depth systems expertise from functional perspective in support capacity, for new initiatives and projects. WHAT YOU BRING Strong understanding of SCM processes including O2C, Warehouse Management with order entry, order fulfillment, shipping, invoicing, and returns. Functional work with other SCM modules like Oracle planning, P2P processes is a plus. Experience in leading functional work streams for Oracle ERP Cloud Global Implementations: Minimum of two (2) successfully delivered ERP Cloud Projects preferably in the ERP Functional Lead role Experience in configuring and maintaining SCM application module, workflows, and reports in both Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud. Familiarity with B2B Integrations and OIC tools. Ability to Lead business requirement gathering activities of moderate to high complexity and medium to large size to support team assignments and objectives Experience in leading testing efforts for SCM related enhancements and working with Oracle Support on bug fixes. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science or related field is desired. Oracle Cloud certification in SCM modules is a plus. Currently reside in the USA and are able to work Pacific Time business hours.
