This includes crafting a visionary blueprint that balances innovative solutions with adherence to federal and statutory mandates. Analyze these requirements to understand their impact on business processes and system design. Stakeholder Engagement: Strategically engage with partners and external stakeholders, ensuring their meaningful involvement in the system's evolution. Additional Duties: Address challenges with creative problem-solving while maintaining strict adherence to timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality standards. Form a strong relationship with the business stakeholders and IT, partnering to resolve project related issues, provides project status updates and escalates issues and concerns appropriately. Ability to work with the Office of Child and Family Well-Being stakeholders and articulate the To-Be of the future CCWIS system. Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and executing tactics. Familiarity with project mgmt. approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle. Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts. Responsibilities: Change Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive organizational and individual-focused change management strategy tailored to the CCWIS project. Conduct change impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders to facilitate the needed change. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations. Develop communication plans to ensure consistent and effective messaging throughout the project. Training and Support: Oversee the development and delivery of training programs to equip staff with the necessary skills and knowledge for the new system. Resistance Management: Identify and address resistance to change, employing tactics to enhance acceptance and minimize disruption. Experience with large-scale modernization project. Responsibilities: TEST STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT: Develop and implement a robust testing strategy encompassing all aspects of the modernization project. Create detailed test plans, scripts, and execution plans to ensure comprehensive coverage of all features and functionalities. AUTOMATION IMPLEMENTATION: Design and implement automated test plans to streamline testing processes. Utilize Azure DevOps for test automation, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines. COORDINATION: Coordinate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align testing activities with overall project goals. QUALITY ASSURANCE AND CONTROL: Oversee all phases of testing to ensure software quality and compliance with specifications.
