High Level Scope: Assist in establishing Business Systems Transformation Governance & Project Management Structure Help develop cross functional user workgroups, Functional and Application Scope, Charters, and Support. Support the activities below for all applicable user workgroups or workstreams: Current state evaluation and gap assessment to develop future state requirements.
