Validation includes ensuring that the requirements were met at project completion, including conducting validation testing of the application with users. The Project Analyst plans, conducts and supervises requirements assignments for large complex projects and usually works on multiple projects at a time. Reviews progress, evaluates results and recommends major changes in procedures. Has a proven track record of working on multiple applications and business areas. Coordinate with procedures development, system documentation specialists, and trainers. Develop test plans and scripts. Ensure requirements are met through reviews and testing. Write on-line help and user manuals that are clear and user-friendly, adhering to principles of good English grammar and technical writing, using consistent terminology Additional Details: Project Manager backbone and foundational understanding, comfortable working across traditional responsibilities as a PM and BA BA experience along with basic SQL queries, data joins, Excel, some visualization experience, excellent presentation skills Exposure to call center technology (such as telephony or IVR) is valuable Per the consultants who have been on client assignment for this team: The top responsibilities and what Charity will most be looking for is the ability to write business requirements AND present insights/recommendations verbally and in formal formats (PPT). Speaking with stakeholders to gather and then document requirements for new features as well as enhancements to existing features will be key. In the past during interviews the lack of experience around requirements has been a sticking point. Additionally, having some experience or knowledge of project management and just a general understanding of the software development lifecycle, specifically in a hybrid environment (the client is majority waterfall on projects with some elements of agile development).
