Core Skills: Expertise in Investment Banking and Primarily in Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT) covering Exchange Traded Derivatives/Equity Products + Agile Delivery Frameworks + Product Management Secondary Skills: SQL and Cloud Awareness Experience Level : 10-16 years Must Have Skills: working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management delivery of complex products and regulations to clients, ideally within the financial industry setting and delivering on outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results) team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels excellent written and verbal communication across different management levels knowledge of trade flows with expertise in US regulations primarily Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT) covering Exchange Traded Derivatives/Equity Products, lifecycle management and controls; familiarity with recent developments in financial regulation and banking excellent SQL querying skills Responsibilities Analyze regulatory and business needs, producing timely, clear and concise functional requirements and specifications co-develop a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap covering the full product development lifecycle for regulatory requirements, primarily but not exclusively related to CAT (Consolidated Audit Trail) act as product manager within an agile team, participating in agile ceremonies and ensuring the product requirements are aligned and clear to designers and engineers support pod Objective and Key Results and provide relevant product measurements and metrics to meet overall regulatory and business goals ensure quality and compliance of the product, including a technical and non-functional requirement (i.e. production stability, performance, maintainability) Thanks & Regards Maya Team Lead (Recruitment) Ampstek- Global IT Partner 103 Carnegie Center Drive, Suite 300, Princeton, NJ 08540.
