| Hello, Role: Infra Release Coordinator Location: Remote Duration: 6-12 months Immigration status: USC and GC Role Description: Release Manager The Release Manager/Coordinator will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technologies. As one of the key facilitators of business transformation, this role will also support business agile methods and readiness preparation, as we scale change management across the organization. - Lead and implement change efforts from initiating the case for change through adoption and reinforcement, supporting business partners to take ownership of new changes - Lead and facilitate meetings with the change network, program teams and stakeholders to ensure an understanding of the change impacts and mitigate risk - Facilitate change management activities and process improvements with cross-functional team members to ensure the adoption of enterprise business transformation - Assess change impacts and organizational readiness while ensuring roles, responsibilities, and decision making are clarified - Coordinate and work with SMEs / Change owners / other teams to resolve issues. - Plans orchestrate/coordinate monthly production and QA patching. coordinate the monthly server patching cycle in the production environment. - Finalize / publish release plan. - Review RFCs prior to daily iCAB meetings - Create and publish staging timeline. Request backwards compatibility testing of staging. - Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews - Manage risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality - Create release plan, conduct release walkthrough, Capture output from release walkthrough in release plan, finalize / publish release plan. - Both the Skills should have the following: - Possess a bachelors degree (Engineering or Science) or equivalent - 6 to 8 years of technical experience with 4 to 5 years of release management skills - Strong knowledge of ITIL processes - Strong skills in troubleshooting windows operating systems web applications - Nice to have experience with .Net framework/ oracle - Fluency in English language spoken and written is a must - Ready to work in shifts and weekends Plus Skills, Good to Have Skills Very good verbal and written English communication and presentation skills Effective time management, team handling and organizational skills Client interaction and escalation management Please let me know if you would like to discuss this compelling opportunity further.
