Minimum 10+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience in large complex environments and minimum of 7+ years of technology implementation2. Knowledge of ITSM modules on processes like Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Reports, Security Operations and integrations like LDAP, SSO, REST API, etc.3. Experience in customizing Service Portal widgets & pages.4. ServiceNow experience with ITBM module (Project Portfolio Management, Release Management, Demand Management, Financial Management, Resource Management, Agile Development, Test Management, etc.,5. Experience should include implementation of HRSD with Guided setup, configuration of Employee Service Center (ESC), Life-cycle Events (LE) for On-Boarding & Transitions, Activities, Services, and other key workflow components.6. Working with a team of both functional and technical consultants through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions.7. Should have experience of leading team for implementing ITSM tools and continuous improvements8. Experience in the implementation, administration, maintenance and enhancements of ServiceNow9. Experience developing ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Security Rules (ACLs).11.
