Po sition : QA Automation Lead Location: Dallas, TX ( Day 1 onsite) Duration: Long Term Visa Preference - USC/ GC / H4/ L2EAD's Job Description: Lead and inspire a team of Automation Testers to deliver high-quality, automated test solutions. Develop and implement automated test strategies, frameworks, and scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage. Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate automated testing into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline. Conduct code reviews of automated test scripts, ensuring best practices and maintainability. Provide technical guidance on test automation tools and technologies, staying current with industry trends. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and design automated test solutions accordingly. Troubleshoot and address issues identified in automated testing, working collaboratively with the development team to ensure timely resolution. Qualifications: Bachelor"s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven leadership experience in driving automation testing initiatives within an Agile environment. Proficient in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using industry-standard tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG). Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Travis CI). Experience with performance testing, load testing, and security testing in an automated environment. ISTQB or similar certification is desirable.
